Estimated Shipping Timeline

Pre-Orders – Onyx & Onyx Champagne Gold Pro Stylist Trolley

Pre orders open May 11th 2026. Orders are expected to begin shipping from July 2026 onwards.

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch within Australia, depending on your location. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier processing.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of successful payment.

Order Fulfilment

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be eligible for a refund only if the item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original, sealed packaging.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the original shipping charge, which is non-refundable.
Items returned in opened, used, damaged, or non-resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
